ORDER & SHIPPING

Q: How long is the order processing time?

A: All domestic orders will be processed by the next working day.

All international orders will be processed within 2 working days. The additional processing time is required due to the packing of item(s).

Q. What are the delivery options and how much is the shipping?

A. We offer both domestic and international shipping, as well as self collection at our store

Domestic shipping
All orders will either be shipped via Singpost or delivered to your doorstep at a flat rate of S$3.90.

International shipping
We also ship worldwide via Singpost with tracking. Overseas shipping will be at a flat rate of S$29.90.
We will email you the tracking number once we have shipped your items out.

 

PAYMENT

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We accept a variety of payment methods.

  • PAYPAL

Domestic and international customers can make payment with a Paypal account.

If you have sufficient balance in your Paypal account to cover the payment, the amount will be deducted directly.

If you have linked a credit or debit card to your Paypal account, the payment amount will be deducted from your credit or debit card if there is insufficient balance in your Paypal account.

If you do not have a Paypal account, payment can still be made as a guest via your credit or debit card.

 

  • BANK TRANSFER

For domestic customers, we also accept bank transfers.

Bank transfers have to be made within 24 hours of order submission. Your order will be forfeited if no transfer is made within 24 hours.

Upon completion of the bank transfer, please send an email to info@theartspace.com.sg with the following information:

  1. Subject: Payment for [Order Number]
  2. Bank Transaction Details
    • Date and Time
    • Bank and Transaction Reference Number
